Wern Fawr House
Radnorshire, Wales
Wern Fawr House is a 17th Century, grade II listed Farmhouse nestled in the Radnorshire hills by the literary town of Hay-on-Wye. It is a private family retreat that is occasionally let out for holiday makers, therefore, a balance needed to be struck between the personal and the practical. Much of the project was restoration with essential upgrades to the building done as discreetly as possible and in the modern spirit.
